The non-interactive `runDiff` path correctly handles this around line ~110:\n\n```go\nresult := diff.Result{Files: diff.Textual(modAExtracted, modBExtracted)}\nif o.Semantic {\n sem, err := diff.Semantic(modAExtracted, modBExtracted)\n if err != nil {\n return fmt.Errorf(\"%w: %v\", ErrSemantic, err)\n }\n result.Semantic = sem\n}\n```\n\n## Adjacent Bug\n\nEven after we populate `result.Semantic`, the `Browser` in `apps/birdseye/internal/tui/browser.go` never renders it — `View()` only iterates `result.Files`. So fixing just the cmd-side leaves the flag effectively invisible in the TUI.
